Abhishek Sharma is a Partner at the firm’s Bangalore office and focuses on advising clients on cross border intellectual property and technology transfer related issues. He represents leading venture captalists, venture backed companies, and multinational corporations on corporate, trademark and intellectual property matters including Bertram Capital, LSI Logic, NVIDIA, VMWare, Texas Instruments, and others.

Abhishek holds a LL.M (Master of Laws) from the Franklin Pierce Law Center in New Hampshire, one of the top rated law schools for patent and trademark law in the United States and graduated with LL.B. (Hons.) degree, from GGS Indraprastha University in Delhi.  Prior to receiving an LL.M., Abhishek also pursued a Diploma course in Intellectual Property Management and Administration from FICCI (Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry) in New Delhi, India.

Abhishek is currently studying for his UK Solicitors Bar Exam and is pursuing his Bachelors of Physics (B.Sc.) degree from ICFAI University, India.
