Karuna is a registered Indian Patent Attorney working in Bangalore office of the firm. Prior to joining the firm, she was serving as an IP Executive with Karnataka Council for Technological Upgradation (KCTU) where she drafted patent applications in various fields of engineering.  She also developed skills in patent prior art searching and assisted clients in filing trademark and copyright applications in India.  Her work profile included preparing IPR Newsletters for KCTU and organizing seminars at State level to spread IP awareness amongst small and medium sized businesses.

Karuna graduated from Mysore University with a Masters in English Literature and earned a LL.B. degree from Bangalore University. Presently she is pursuing a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Kuvempu University, Shimoga.  She is a Member of the Indian Patent Bar as a Registered Patent Attorney.
