Maryam Nemazie is an intellectual property attorney specializing in trademark prosecution, licensing, and enforcement. Maryam manages trademark filing, prosecution, and dispute resolution for clients worldwide. Prior to joining Raj Abhyanker P.C., Maryam worked as a Judicial Extern with Judge Katherine Lucero in the Santa Clara County Superior Court, and at the District Attorney’s office in Santa Clara County. Maryam is fluent in English and Farsi, and is currently learning Spanish.
Maryam holds a LL.M. in Intellectual Property from the Santa Clara University School of Law, a J.D. from Seattle University School of Law with an Intellectual Property focus, and a B.A. in Legal Studies with Highest Honors and Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley.
Maryam is a licensed attorney and is a member of the State Bar of California.
