Raj Abhyanker, LLP was formed in August 2005 by Silicon Valley patent attorney, Raj Abhyanker. Having developed strong patent drafting and patent prosecution skills at leading Silicon Valley law firms, Raj felt that clients can be better served through a firm designed from scratch that is optimized for a global economy. Particularly, Raj wanted to create a firm that leverages globalization to its fullest to improve quality during U.S. patent application preparation and prosecution and focuses on original inventions generated in India and Silicon Valley.
