Ben Ashurov is an intellectual property attorney and an associate at Raj Abhyanker P.C. A former employee of the Motion Picture Corporation of America, he has worked extensively on IP disputes within the entertainment industry. Ben helps clients with corporate and intellectual property matters, particularly with matters related to trademark filing, enforcement, and branding strategy.
Ben holds a J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law, where he specialized in international trade law and alternative dispute resolution. He graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with high honors, earning a B.A. in Business Economics. Ben is a member of the State Bar of California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
