Chris Ditico is an intellectual property attorney specializing in trademark prosecution and related enforcement. Chris oversees the firm’s global trademark filing, prosecution, and enforcement docket for thousands of clients worldwide. Chris is ranked as the #2 trademark filing attorney in the United States according to recent surveys of the World Trademark Review. He has deep expertise in U.S. and foreign trademark filing and prosecution matters, and is an active member of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
Chris holds a J.D. from the University of California at Davis School of Law, where he served as a member of the Law Review. Chris also served on the Moot Court Board and worked as an editor for the Business Law Journal. He received a B.A. in Marketing and Communication from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Chris is a member of the State Bar of California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
