Jennie Cheng is an associate attorney at the firm’s Mountain View office. Jennie counsels clients in the areas of intellectual property and corporate law, but focuses her practice on all aspects of trademark law including trademark prosecution, enforcement and protection. She practices regularly before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board in opposition and cancellation actions.
Prior to joining the firm, Jennie worked in several high tech companies in the Silicon Valley, where she gained experience in contract negotiation and patent litigation. She also worked as a law clerk on Capitol Hill, where she conducted legal research and drafted a number of memoranda used in a long-term project by the U.S. Department of Justice.
Jennie received a J.D. from University of Oregon School of Law and a B.A. in Economics and Managerial Economics from the University of California at Davis. Jennie is a member of the State Bar of California.
