Vandana Balakrishnan is a U.S. patent attorney and associate at Raj Abhyanker P.C. who specializes in patent preparation, prosecution, licensing and due diligence. Prior to joining the firm, she was employed at several highly reputable private practices including Finnegan Henderson Farabow Garrett & Dunner P.C., one of the world’s largest and most renowned IP law firms. She has also worked at the Habeas Corpus Resource Center in San Francisco, an organization devoted to providing legal counsel to convicts on death row. Vandana holds a J.D. from the University of California at Davis School of Law and a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Yale University. She is a member of the state bar of California.
